The idea for Full Service Property Management came from our collective experiences as attorneys fighting for the rights of property owners and landlords.

Our clients have included a variety of large and small, professional and individual, residential and commercial property owners. We have seen rental owners who did not have the time to adequately manage property, and the problems this can lead to. Other clients did not understand the legal requirements and restrictions that faced them as landlords. Still others, whether due to disability or infirmity, simply needed assistance in making sure that their property, and associated taxes and bills were properly maintained and managed. One of the most disturbing trends has been representing land owners in evictions and lawsuits that were either caused by, or complicated by, the improper actions of whoever was managing their property. In this age of ever increasing litigation and tenant's rights, rental property owners will find themselves losing tenants, past due rents and having to pay damages to tenants unless the property is managed in a legally efficient manner with an emphasis on protecting the property owner's legal rights and financial health. These cases, and the difficulties that we had to get our clients out of, taught us that there was a need for a high quality, legally oriented property management service, that would protect the financial and legal interests of their clients.

This is the goal and mission of Full Service Property Management. As your property manager, we will provide you with exactly what our name implies, "full service". We can assess the rental value of your property, screen qualified tenants, and provide quality maintenance and repair services through our contract providers. In addition to these basic management services, we also can provide a variety of legal services. These services can include any and all evictions, property sales, and tax exempt exchanges among any other legal concerns you may have. As an example of our dedication to being your property management service, (and simply unavailable from any other property management firm in the north valley), we will personally represent you in any uncontested evictions concerning properties we manage at no additional charge. Our approach to the management of your property is simple. We want you to get the best possible return on your investment, with the least amount of worry about what is happening with your property. Towards this end, we use a secure internet based software application, that allows our clients, through the use of their individualized password, to check the status of their rentals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the internet. In this way you will be able to see when rent was collected, repairs completed, payments were made and any complaints or comments that the tenant or our staff have noted. Our website allows prospective tenants to search through our managed properties for availability of rentals and to complete a rental application online.
